Bills (utilities, council tax, etc) additional ~135 per month.

Hardwood floors (easy cleaning!).
Skylights and big windows for plenty of sunlight to help with seasonal depression.
Recently installed double glazed windows in bedrooms.

I'm a 25F professional from Singapore working in the energy sector and am looking for a responsible housemate to take over an extra room. I tend to keep to myself during hectic days but am always happy to lend a listening ear. I'm in the office 4–5 days a week, and a weekday consists of eating dinner then heading back to my room to finish remaining work/rest. On weekends I try to cook, catch up on chores and spend my expiring ClassPass credits on Pilates classes. Currently living quite a sedentary lifestyle so if there are any fitspos out there please osmosis me your positive influence.

I'm looking for a housemate who treats the flat as their own home and cleans up after themselves.

Moved to London 6 years ago for university and to escape Singapore's hot humidity. Loving the proximity to the Lizzy line, East London bakeries, coffee spots, restaurants hence have been renting this flat since 2022.
