The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath flat with a separate living room and kitchen. It also has three balconies, one each for the living room, room 1, and room 2. The room available for rent is a double room with a private balcony and ensuite bathroom.
It is located right behind The Royal London Hospital and a 5-7 mins walk from Whitechapel station.
Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. However, there is an intercom with a camera for added security. The room will be furnished and you are welcome to either work from home or go to the office.
I am looking for a single person only, no couples, ideally 25+.
The rent is £1,155 per month, excluding bills.
