Hello everybody! I have a spare room available from the 22 of June in my 3 bedroom flat just off Betnhal green. The Flat is brand new and fully furnished, wood floor, kitchen equipped, separated shower and toilet! The room is very big with a double bed, 2 large windows ( very bright)being on the top floor you have a stunning view , completely furnished.
It is very worthy coming to see and you will`be very close to Brick Lane, Hoxton square, Vitoria park and London Fields in the summer! You will be sharing the flat with 2 young MA students , multicultural, between 25 and 29 years old. All very organized, friendly, easy going and creative! We try to keep the flat tidy at all times to make it feel like a home. We respect each other space and privacy but we also enjoy sharing a conversation about art, music, cinema and travel or maybe even going somewhere together. Of course you can bring your boyfriend/girlfriend, friends or partners over, once it is also going to be your own flat. But we try to avoid massive parties in order to keep the flat in a good condition. But that's not means we can't have dinner or drinks with all friends here. The flat is located just off Bethnal Green station between Whitechapel, Stepney Green. Bus stop is 24 hours just 2 min from the flat which can link you to central London and others. The flat is located in a residential area and in 2 min you can come from the pub to the silence of your room. Perfect for someone which enjoy Shoreditch night life but also wants to focus in your things living in a nice, tidy flat having your own space. Also we have all the convenience close to us like the Sainsbury’s, Tesco, 24 hours shops, post office, boots, banks and more! The rent is 650 pounds a month with all the bills included(not gas).
