Double Bedroom in Whitechapel / Shadwell

Hi all!

I will be moving abroad on the 1st of July, and am looking for someone to take over the lease of my double bedroom. The room is at £873 pcm EVERYTHING included which is a great price for such a central location! :)

AS I just said, the flat is very conveninetly located: it is a short 7 min walk to Shadwell, 10min from Whitechapel or 12 minutes to Aldgate East station, so you have access to the Elizabeth Line, Distric Line, Hammersmith and City Line, DLR and Overground.

If you work in the Bank or Liverpool street area, both are reachable in less than 30mins walking! :)

You also have Watney Market, a big Iceland, Tesco Express and McDonald's less than 3mins away and many other takeout options.

The flat interior is new, the room comes fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine; dishwasher, rice cooker, air fryer...). The room has a built in wardrobe and has a desk which is convenient if you have the opportunity to work from home. The living room is quite big with two large sofas and there is an amazing balcony which we love using in the summer. There is one bathroom which is shared and an additional toilet, which means there are never any clashes to use the bathroom.

Your future flatmates will be Gemma (22) a graduate who arrived in London in September 2023 and Kosta (40) a professional who has been in the flat the longest. Both are very friendly, the atmosphere is quiet and cleanliness is very important.
