Large & Small Double Rooms In Bethnal Green

Two double rooms in a houseshare midway between Bethnal Green, Stepney Green and Whitechapel (very well connected!). We’re a 1 minute walk from Genesis cinema and Tesco express and 5 mins from big Sainsbury’s.

The large double room comes with a built in wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. The small double room comes with a double wardrobe, storage space in the hall outside the room and under the bed. The house has a large living room, garden, bathroom and downstairs toilet.

The large room is available from 22 June and you’ll be subletting off me until the contract ends on 15 October (subject to landlord agreement / reference check by the agency Unico). The small room has flexible availability and could be made available from early June if needed. If you wanted to stay after the subletting period, there would likely be the option to extend. We’ve done so for the past three years!

You’ll be sharing with Izzy, 29yo Australian that works in a hospital and is tidy, chill and lived here for the past year. House harmony has been great with all girls having our own social lives, and dinners and movie nights when we’ve all been home at the same time - looking to continue this ideally.

We’re looking for two young professionals (no couples, sorry), female preferred, late 20s-early 30s who are available from the specified dates.

Room price only is advertised, with all bills are an extra £100ish a month. Also you will pay a deposit to current tenants until the contract ends.
