About me:
I'm a software engineer who works partly from home and partly from the office. I travel occasionally, and I enjoy spending most of my time outside. 
I enjoy cooking, having friends over, and occasionally binging on a TV series. 
The ideal flatmate would be easygoing, clean, respectful, relatively quiet, and a non-smoker/vaper. 

About the Apartment:
The flat is furnished and has two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a spacious living room with a very large balcony. It's in a great location overlooking Regents Canal, with beautiful views year-round and pleasant walks along the canal to Victoria Park. It's a top-floor flat, very quiet, especially if you value a good night's sleep. There is no lift though, so the flat is unfortunately not ideal for anyone who requires one to get to the third floor.

It's been recently refurbished and fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, separate dryer, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, filtered water tap, TV, etc. 

The flat is homely and in a quiet area, making it very easy to relax in. It is also great for socialising or enjoying your own space.

The room itself has a king bed and a large built-in wardrobe with ample storage. You will be the only person using the main bathroom, as the other bedroom has an ensuite.

If you own a car, underground parking is also available. There is also underground cycle parking included.

Location:
It is a 10-minute walk from Limehouse DLR, Mile End, and Stepney Green, offering fast and easy access to central London, Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Shoreditch, and Hackney. There is also a Santander Cycle dock 1 minute away.
Supermarkets are within walking distance (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda, Lidl). Canary Wharf is 30 minutes door to door offering an even better variety of shopping options.
