£751/month rent and includes water, council tax, internet
Electricity and gas depends on usage. During winter is usually £80/month combined. Summertime is usually half.
£150 cash agency fee for adding a person to the contract.

About the flatmates:

We’re 3 girls in our 20s looking for someone CLEAN and considerate of noise, easy going. We would like someone in their 20s as well. We work in Fashion, Photography, Music and hospitality. We like our privacy but also enjoy having chats, movie nights, etc. Preferably we want someone who doesn’t work from home.

About the room:

It is an single room with plenty of light during the day. There is a set of drawers, a clothing rail, and a built in closet right outside the room just for you.

About the flat:

It’s a 4 bedroom flat with one full bathroom and also one separate toilet downstairs.

We have super fast internet as well.

Being clean is super important for us so we maintain a cleaning rota every week and of course we ask of everyone to clean after themselves when using the kitchen, bathroom, etc.

About the area:

The flat is located between Whitechapel Station and Bethnal Green Station so you will have plenty of transport options plus many bus stops around the area.

We have a HUGE Sainsbury’s within a 5 minute walk, small Sainsbury’s, gym, rock climbing, coffee shops and Bethnal Green Road within 8 minute walk.
