Looking for a new tenant for our lovely home in Stepney Green, in a quiet and safe gated area.

Unfortunately I am moving out of our home, which is a five minute walk from Stepney Green tube station, and close to Whitechapel and Bethnal Green - very well connected.

You'll be living with 2 girls and 1 boy, all in their mid twenties; Emily, Ellie and Tommy, in a 3 bed house (a couple share a room!).

The house is very light and spacious, with high ceilings and all new appliances. There is a nice living room and a small patio area outside our door to sit in the sun. The room itself isn't the biggest but there is a clothing rail in the hallway and underbed storage for you to use. I am also open to selling the ikea bookshelf and cupboard which was bought new that can be discussed at the viewing!

Rent is £765 per month, and bills come to around £100 each month. Deposit is £885.
