Room is available within a spacious 3 bedroom maisonette flat (stairs to first floor) in a brilliant location. Rents is negotiable.

The accommodation has a convenient downstairs toilet and another fully kitted bathroom upstairs with toilet, basin, power shower. Kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and includes a cooker, fridge and washing machine.

Clean and tidy property with a communal lift with good security. Currently occupied by live in landlord and one other lodgers (Male) upstairs. We are quiet and sociable but very busy with our day jobs.
