Double Room Available In Whitechapel 💚

Looking for someone to move in August 1st (move in date can be a bit earlier as my roommate will be moving out a couple weeks prior) and sign on the lease until June 30th 2025.

£1100 per month (bill not included approx. +80)

You’d be living with me (23), and one other guy - I’m from Canada working in fashion, and he’s from Scotland working in hospitality.

It’s a 3 bedroom 2nd story flat, and you’d be sharing the bathroom with just me. The location is super well connected - it’s a 5 minute walk to Whitechapel station (which has the Elizabeth, Hammersmith & city, District, Circle, and Overground) and a 10 minute walk to Bethnal green (which has central). There’s also a massive sainsburys around the corner which is really convenient.
