Looking for someone to take over my room as I am leaving the country for good. It is located in E1, just a 2 minute walk from Stepney Green tube station.
It’s a lovely 2 bed 2 bath flat, the bedroom is quite spacious. The beige chest of drawers was brought in by me but I’m happy to leave it if you would want to use it! I (23) live with Nicholas (34) and he will be staying. I’ve had a lot of fun hosting dinner/brunch parties here and my flatmate is very chill about it. We’ve got a tv with netflix/prime etc.
Just a 15 min tube ride away from Liverpool street (or 25 mins bus), 10 mins walking from an ASDA superstore and 15 - 20 mins walk to mile end park or victoria park and bethnal green.
Now on to finances! The rent is £1250 per month plus bills. Bills come to a max of £200 in the winter (this includes council tax, water, electricity and heating)
Landlord would need a £500 holding deposit and proof of ID, employment/student status and previous bank statements (if lived in the UK) asap to confirm and finalise the lease.
Move in date is ideally 30th of July but can discuss if you would like to move in sooner. DM me for any questions!
