Bills not included, but on average they work out as around £150/month per person (every 3 months this will increase to £250/month per person as we pay heating / gas quarterly).

The current flatmate is a 32 year old male, professional. He enjoys his own space, but as well would like a housemate that would be easy to get along with and like to do some things together.

He keep things clean and tidy, so the flat is always in great condition.

The ideal housemate would be a working professional who will pay rent / bills on time, chip in with cleaning and keeping the flat in good condition, and someone who is respectful of other people, especially when working from home.

Above all, someone who will take the time to hang out socially and not hide away in the room all the time as want this to be a comfortable place to live for everyone - after a busy day at work, unwinding in the lounge or the park / gym nearby, or take a trip to the pub! Of course, personal space is important, so understanding boundaries and respecting each other is of paramount importance.

The building is full of like-minded young professionals, we respect each other's space and the building as a whole. There is a WhatsApp group with most tenants to discuss any issues or ask advice - everyone is super friendly!
