Hello! Due to relocation, my partner and I are moving out of our apartment and hoping to find someone to replace us.
The apartment is spacious and homely, with two rooms that fit a double bed, two bathrooms, two storage cupboards and a large kitchen / living area including plenty of storage and a dishwasher.
The apartment is probably better suited to a couple, but both rooms comfortably fit a double bed (we currently have a double sofa bed in the smaller room).
There is secure underground parking and the apartment block is secure with fob access. It is a quiet and friendly development with a Facebook group for residents.
The location is right beside the canal and Mile End park. It is a 10min walk from Mile End and Limehouse stations (central, district, Hammersmith and city, DLR) and 20min walk from Whitechapel station (Elizabeth line and overground). You are also 10mins from a Lidl and 20mins from a large Sainsbury’s, as well as a number of smaller shops and cafes. Victoria park is also a 20min walk, Canary Wharf is accessible by a 30min walk along the river, or 15mins on the DLR.
Professionals preferred and a long-term lease preferred. A zoom interview with the landlord will be required. Rent could be negotiated for the right people.
The apartment is part furnished , with only sofas and bed being removed - we can recommend an affordable outlet for furniture which delivers, if needed.
