We're looking for a new flatmate to join us in signing a 12-month tenancy agreement.
Ezra works at a biotech startup and Ovi is a waiter in Mayfair. We've been living at this property for the last couple of years and are keen to stay :). We're sociable, considerate, and like to keep the place clean through a fortnightly cleaning rota ✨.
The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers, and a built-in wardrobe. The house has loads of storage cupboards, perfect for suitcases and other large items.
We also have a spacious living room with plenty of natural light.
Location:
- Well connected with the DLR & overground nearby.
- Cycling superhighway on our doorstep.
Costs:
- Rent: £780 pcm.
- Bills per person: £50.53 pcm.
- Council tax per person: £62 pcm (£124 shared between you and Ezra since Ovi will gain exemption when he starts studying in September).
Requirements:
- The agency will perform reference, income and right-to-rent checks.
- The agency requires a minimum income of £28k for this room.
