Hi! I am a current tenant in the flat and looking to renew with a new flatmate as my current one is leaving at the end of the contract.
The flat is in a great location 7 minutes walk to both Whitechapel station (Elizabeth line, Hammersmith & city line, District line, Overground) and Shadwell station (DLR, Overground).
Unfortunately my flatmate will be taking his bed, but all other furnishings will stay and I'll be happy to help with setting up a new bed. Bills are not included but are roughly £60 a month per person including fast internet.
About me: Currently working as a research assistant at UCL, mostly work in the office but from home rarely, enjoy socializing and having my own time equally, clean and considerate.
About you: Please also be clean and considerate, but apart from that I don't have any requirements
