Mile End student accommodation tenancy takeover

Hi! I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my cosy double bed room at Rahere Court, in Mile End over the summer :) It must be students ONLY.

The exact dates of the tenancy are:
August 4th - September 16th 2024 (6 weeks)

The flat consists of 5 lockable rooms, all with double beds and ensuite bathrooms (shower, sink, toilet), and a large kitchen (shared) including 2 comfy sofas, 2 fridges and a big kitchen island. The flat is on the 3rd floor, easily accessible via the lift.

Rahere Court has a lovely common room with a TV and a private courtyard for the residents with picnic tables. There is a laundry room on-sight next to the common room, and 24/7 security.

Location:
Opposite the main entrance of Queen Mary University (2 mins walk)

- 6 mins walk from Mile End station, where the District Line, Hammersmith and City Line and Central Line run.
- 9 mins walk from Stepney Green station, where the District Line and Hammersmith and City Line run.

- Co-op: 6 min walk
- ASDA: 14 min walk
- Lidl 10 min bus

The area is very lively with so many students and families living around. And there are so many restaurants on mile-end Road so you don’t have to travel far for food.

The beautiful Victoria Park is also only 20 mins walk away, and Westfield Stratford is only one stop away on the Central Line. Stratford international also has links to all over Kent.

The room curtains are blackout so there is no light pollution. The window opens pretty wide so you wont feel too hot in the summer. The bed is really comfortable, and my flatmates are polite, clean and kind. The reception staff are always there to have a chat and say hello, which makes you feel really at home.
