WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ☺️
We are looking to welcome one femme/female identifying professional over the age of 27 to live with us in our 3 bedroom flat. We hope to find a clean, communicative, and warm roomie to share our home with.

LOCATION
We live in a cute and cozy council flat in-between beautiful Bethnal Green and White Chapel. Our flat's location is great, connecting us to many places in London within only 30 minutes or less.

TRANSPORATION
4 minute walk to the central line,
6 minute walk to the Elizabeth Line, Hammersmith & City, District, and the White Chapel and Bethnal Green overgrounds.
we are also connected to many busses that can take you in all directions!

We are a short 8 minute bike ride to Victoria Park. (15 min walk)
15 minute walk to Shoreditch and Brick Lane.

ROOM & RENT
To manage expectations: the room is on the smaller side, but it is cozy and there are many ways to be creative with it. it also gets great afternoon into evening light.

Rent is £831 including council tax
utilities around £60 - 70
deposit £938

Move in February 1st or late Jan is needed.
The current lease ends on Sept 1, 2025.

Current residence:
morgaine (30 years old, Irish-Italian American): morgaine works as a freelance choreographer, director of interactive theatre, and as a performing artist. she is either bopping around London or cozily working from home some days. morgaine also works as a life-model at the Royal Drawing School and as a Producer for disability-centered events. she spends about 2 months of the year back home in New Jersey/NYC. she loves gathering creatives and building community around art. morgaine hosts many mutli-diciplinary arts events and workshops in East London and SOHO.
she cooks sometimes: simple meals and usually one meal prep a week but she's no glorious chef.
hobbies: cycling, guitar, drawing, more dancing, singing, reading, traveling, swimming, smelling flowers, eating olives and tomatoes, going to exhibitions & to see shows and gigs.
