About the Place: We've got this cute balcony with a sofa where we can hang out, have drinks, and talk about the highs and lows of life. The kitchen is a decent size, so a few of us can cook together and chat. And there's a big living room that we could all pitch in to make cozy and comfortable, perfect for movie nights and inviting friends over for dinner. Upstairs, you'll find the rooms, as well as a decent-sized toilet and a separate bath. This is not a party house and we can organise things while being considerate of other’s peace.

The area: the house is 5 mins away from the big Sainsbury’s on cambridge heath road, we all know about bethnal green perks so not going to sell you more on this :)

Background Info: Having lived with people who wouldn’t wash their dishes for days and do not follow the cleaning schedule is the cycle i am not looking to repeat. This will be a nice and social house respectful of quiet times, everyone will be busy doing their things but will be a pleasant interaction whenever that happens.

About You: hey be cool and nice. Cleanliness is a must, cleaning after yourself is a basic and let's keep unnecessary clutter out of the shared areas (but cool finds from the street are exceptions, of course). If something's bothering you, let's talk about it. It would be great if you're up for making this place livable and cozy, and willing to participate in shared chores and getting stuff for the house.

We can grab coffees, hang out in the park, cook dinners together, and be social, but it's also important to have our own space to live peacefully and create memories. Plant moms, queer icons, allies, vegans, vegetarians, are greatly welcomed.

About Me: Since I'm the only one staying here, you're in luck! I like to think I'm easy-going and mostly chill. Not OCD but enjoy coming home to a reasonably clean space. I'm 26 work in content producer for a engineering company. Originally from Pakistan and have been living in London for the past 8 years. I enjoy being active and doing outdoor activities like going to parks, playing sports, and hitting the gym. But I also like staying home, meal prepping, recharging, doing arts and crafts.
