Big room in lovely house

Hi, I am Violeta, 25 looking for a new flat mate! the room may be available earlier!
Our current flatmate is leaving mid September so we are looking for someone to take over.
The room is a very large size, including a built in wardrobe and extra storage under the bed. The property is a house with a garden, 2 living rooms, renovated kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, 2 storage room
The house is in lovely conditions as we both look after and enjoy a clean space, the size is amazing for 3 people sharing as you have more than enough space to mind your business in a day were you may need it. The kitchen space allow up to 2 people to cook contemporary.
Ideally we are looking for someone clean and friendly. We both work, and myself I study too, we both have a busy life so we may not be at home often, however we do enjoy having a meal together or watch a film.
