Large Double Room in Bethnal Green

We are looking for someone to join our friendly home. The available room is a large, bright double in a spacious flat.

The flat has three bedrooms, a large living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. We also have great storage, so you will have an additional built-in cupboard outside the room.

The room itself is garden facing with a king-size bed, wardrobe, shelving unit, and chest of drawers. It's possible to fit a desk in there so perfect if you're working from home.

It's located on a quiet street, 5 minutes from Stepney Green station and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green and Whitechapel stations. We also have great bus links (8, 25, 205), good pubs, restaurants and a cinema near the end of the road.

You will be sharing with two female professionals, working in Accounting and Insurance. We are in our twenties and like to keep the flat clean and tidy (but not obsessively so). Ideally we are looking for someone considerate, who will happily join us for an after work chat (and glass of wine) but appreciates having their own space.

The rent will be £799.72 per month with bills not included (They are roughly £100 a month inc Council Tax). A deposit of one month's rent will be required. The property is rented directly from a landlord who lives locally and is really helpful and prompt.

The room will be available from 29th September 2024 and is only suitable for long term rents (at least a year).
