1-month let/ 1-bed short walk from City of London

Hi good people,

A studio flat available for rent for a short let till November 14th. It's a great studio close to Tower Hill/ Aldgate Station, with separate areas for a bed and kitchen, and a big balcony overlooking trees (overall 36 sqm). A small oasis in the city centre pretty much :)

I will take most of my stuff and some furniture, but leave the flat fully functional, with a place to sleep and work, dishes, plants if you fancy etc. The flat is next to Wilton's theatre, a short walk to the river and the City of London, full of pubs/ coworking places available. There's a parking place.

Only available for one month starting from around the 10th of October to the 14th of November (£1700 including bills and internet for a month). Can consider a shorter let, then the whole property will be £500 per WEEK.
