Room in 2bed flat with huge balcony near Thames

1 DLR stop to Bank, 3 stops to Canary Wharf, 1 stop overground to Whitechapel, <5 mins to walk to the Thames and Shadwell Basin

Looking for someone (any gender/nationality/sexual orientation etc.) clean and will take care of the flat and the many plants in there with me/us. Pets welcome!

You’ll be sharing the flat w me. my partner might come sometimes to stay. I'm a market researcher/PhD candidate and he's an architect

One of the highlights of the flat is the huge balcony from the living room that offers stunning views of Canary Wharf and the Shard. You can enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the city while taking in the beautiful view from your balcony

The room is conveniently located just 7 minutes away from the Shadwell Overground and DLR station, which is just one stop away from Bank. You can easily access all the major attractions in London from here. Additionally, Tower Bridge and Brick Lane are just a 15-minute walk away.

The shared bathroom is well-maintained and clean, with a few lovely plants!

Your room comes with a cosy and comfortable single bed and a huge desk, and plenty of wardrobe space. It's also got a sofa bed and i can give you an air bed if you have occasional friends stay over.

You have access to your room, the shared kitchen, shared bathroom, shared living room and balcony. We work from the living room when we work from home (usually Mon, Thu, Fri and weekends)
