Double room in E1 (part-time/short-term pref)

Double room available to rent from January 2024

Hello! I'm looking for someone to move into the second room in the flat, as my housemate has recently moved out. Because of the holidays and travel, I'm ideally looking for someone from January onwards, but open to discussing dates and options from early December if it's the right fit.

I'd love to find a part-time lodger (anything from 1-2 nights a week +) or someone looking for a short-term rental, but am happy to chat about alternatives and prefences : ).

The flat is a two-bedroom in Stepney Green, less than a ten minute walk from Whitechapel, Stepney Green and Shadwell (DLR and overground), with a shared living room and a balcony.

About me: I'm a professional female, 38, generally easy-going, happy, considerate and respectful. I've lived in London for the past 12 years. I mostly work from home but also occasionally go into the office near Old St. In my spare time like to either be out and about (visiting friends, going to the cinema, pub quizzing, swimming, ambling around London trying out new places to eat, visiting the city farm down the road where I volunteer), or staying home and cooking or watching tv etc. I'm happy to chat, cook, watch tv or have a glass of wine together, or respect your need for peace and relaxation and keep to myself.
