Double room for single occupancy only available in a 2 bedroom flat.

I'm looking for a female to occupy my spare room in my 2 bedroom flat.

I’m clean, quiet and considerate, so I’m looking for someone who’s the same. I work from home most of the week, and sometimes sit in the living room to do so but I won’t get in your way.

Cleanliness is a big thing for me, so if you're not willing to maintain the level of cleanliness - especially in the bathroom - you wouldn't be suitable.

- Rent: £800 per calendar month (all bills included)
- Shared bathroom
- Double room (a double mattress will be provided)
- Situated on the first floor, with lift access
- On a busy street, so there is some noise from the traffic outside when you open the bedroom window
- 10min walk to Whitechapel station
- Parking nearby is very limited, so it’d be an issue for you if that’s a necessity
- Washing machine (no tumble dryer), kettle, fridge
- Open plan kitchen, but no dining area
