Double room for single occupancy only in Whitechapel area.

Looking for a female housemate to share with one female (age 32) in a two bedroom flat.

I’m tidy, quiet and considerate, so I’m looking for someone who’s the same. I work from home most of the week, and sometimes sit in the living room to do so but I won’t get in your way.

- Rent: £700 per calendar month (all bills included)
- Double room (unfurnished - there’s a wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room if you want to keep it, but you’ll need to buy a bed)
- Situated on the first floor, with lift access
- On a busy street, so there is some noise from the traffic outside when you open the bedroom window
- 10min walk to Whitechapel station
- Parking nearby is very limited, so it’d be an issue for you if that’s a necessity
- Washing machine, kettle, fridge, but no dining area
- Shared living room
