Double room in quiet house - Limehouse E1

Double bedroom, furnished, well ventilated, bright, on top floor. Recently painted, less than a year old pocket sprung mattress.

We also offer the option to replace the bed for a single divan bed with suspension for storage underneath with brand new mattress, to have more space in the room.

For one person only, no pets, no online viewing, sorry.

House:

2-floor townhouse. It has a good sized kitchen with table. One bathroom and two separate toilets.

2 WiFi providers (Virgin and Hyperoptic), TV License and all bills included.

The current landlords who rented the property are also living in the house. Direct contract. No agency fees.

3 ladies and 2 guys, between 24 and 39 years old. All respectful and considerate. Not a party house. No smoking in common areas. Bringing guest is discouraged.

Area:

Quiet neighbourhood. Private square. Safe entrance.

Close to Troxy venue. 5 minutes walk to Limehouse DLR station. 1 minute to Commercial Road and bus stops for 15, 115, 135, N15, N550. 1 minute to Sainsbury's Local. Post Office, Off License and shops right on the corner. 15 minutes to Tower Bridge.

Rent: Rent: £700/month (£160/week), paid in advance from 1st to 3rd of the month.

Deposit: £700, sent to DPS under lodger's consent, following UK legislation.

Contract: 3 months initially, extendable if both parts agree.

Important: Right to rent, previous landlord and funds references are required.
