We’re looking for a new flatmate to take over one room in our 3-bedroom flat. The room is available from January 1st until the end of February 2026.

Sublet available.

There is also the possibility to rent the property directly with the Landlord for longer than two months. This needs to be agreed with the current tenants and the landlord. If you are interested in the latter, background checks, references, deposits and others need to be arranged directly with the landlord and new tenancy agreement needs to be signed with the other two tenants.
