Hi all! Currently looking for someone to replace me in this lovely flatshare as I am moving out.

The flat is located in a fantastic area of Whitechapel, central London, less than a ten-minute walk to the Elizabeth line, London Overground, District and Hammersmith and City lines.
It is also less than a ten-minute walk from two large supermarkets with plenty of accessible shops and parks nearby.
The minimum lease is for 2 months until August, with a chance to extend the contract for another year.

Bills total to around £60 per month including gas, electric and broadband.

Council tax not applicable all student household.
