Good-sized single bedroom, furnished, bright, well ventilated, on top floor.

Divan bed with suspension for storage underneath. Pocket sprung 26cm thick mattress, bought from Amazon in 2025.

For one person only, no pets, sorry.

House:

2-floor townhouse. It has a good-sized kitchen with table. One bathroom and two separate toilets. Different schedules here. Rarely queue for shower or toilet, and that's easily negotiable in our WhatsApp group.

WiFi, TV License and all bills included.

The current landlords who rented the property are also living in the house. Married for 17 years. Peacemakers. No kids. Keeping up with the facilities maintenance.

Direct contract. No agency fees.

3 ladies and 2 guys, between 24 and 40 years old. ​Respectful, friendly, and considerate environment to help new tenants settle in better. Not a party house. No smoking in common areas. Bringing guest is discouraged.

Area:

Private square for residents. Safe entrance. Quiet neighbourhood. It looks like it's outside London.

* Close to Troxy venue, E10HX.
* 5 minutes walk to Limehouse DLR / c2c station.
* 1 minute to Commercial Road and bus stops for 15, 115, 135, N15, N550.
* 2 minutes to local Sainsbury's, ASDA and Tesco.
* Post Office, Off License and shops right on the corner.
* 10 minutes to Tower Bridge and Bank station by DLR.

Rent: £650/month, paid in advance from 1st to 5th of the month.

Deposit: £650, sent to DPS under lodger's consent, following UK legislation.

Contract: 3 months initially, and extending if both parts agree.

Important: Right to rent is required. Previous landlord and fund references are desirable.
