It’s a spacious 2-bed, 2-baths, with big rooms and a bright open-plan living area.

You’d have your own room and bathroom, it will come fully furnished.

Bathroom shelves and a large shower.

The shared living space is fully furnished (sofa, 80-inches TV, dining table, etc.) all of it bought by me and my flatmate over the years.

A lot of new and modern appliances including a Ninja air-frier and slow cooker, coffee machine, oven, blender. Dishwasher and washing machine with dryer.

🏋️ We also have a residents-only gym downstairs with cardio machines and a yoga/stretch space, super handy if you like training without going too fat :)

- Rent: £1,270 + Bills (roughly £100/month each, a bit more in winter)
- Contract: Rolling 12 months with a 3-month break clause
- Managed by a private and responsive agency , we’ve had no issues so far

👋 About the flatmate
David has been in London for several years now, from New Zealand but leaved in Australia most of his life and other countries. He loves to play padel, football and is very quiet and organised. A pleasure to live with!

We are looking for someone who is interested in sharing a great house, ideally 25 to 40, clean, respectable and organised.

Ps. Sorry, no couples as they have just two names to add on the contract.

We do occasionally have few friends over, and always up for a shared glass of wine, a chat in the kitchen, or dinner together. If that sounds like your vibe, I’d love to hear from you.
