After 5 great years living together, I moving out as I'm relocating abroad, and I’m now looking for the next lovely person to share this home with my amazing flatmate.
The flat is just a few minutes from Limehouse, Stepney Green, and Mile End. It’s genuinely one of the most convenient and well-connected areas I’ve lived in ,quiet and residential, but close to everything.
You’re 15 minutes from Bank, 10 from Canary Wharf, and 30 from Oxford Circus.
🏡 The Flat
It’s a spacious 2-bed, 2-baths, with big rooms and a bright open-plan living area.
You’d have your own room and bathroom, it will come fully furnished, as I will sell everything in my room with a great budget (Including the wardrobe, bed with underneath storage, desk, library and potentially also the 55-inches TV). This will all be yours. I've bought everything 2 years ago and there are no damages anywhere.
Bathroom shelves and a large shower.
The shared living space is fully furnished (sofa, 80-inches TV, dining table, etc.) all of it bought by me and my flatmate over the years. You’d just pay him a one-off sum to take over my half if you’d like to keep it all as-is. (You would own half of the furnitures then).
⭐️New Kitchen and Flat Appliances
A lot of new and modern appliances including a Ninja air-frier and slow cooker, coffee machine, oven, blender. Dishwasher and washing machine with dryer
🏋️ We also have a residents-only gym downstairs with cardio machines and a yoga/stretch space, super handy if you like training without going too fat :)
The building also has private security and reception 24/7.
💸 The Practical Bits
- Rent: £1,270
- Bills: Around £130/month each
- Contract: Rolling 12 months with a 3-month break clause
- Managed by a private and responsive agency , we’ve had no issues so far
- Move-in date: 1st of Jan to 12th of Jan

David has been in London for several years now, from New Zealand but leaved in Australia most of his life and other countries. He loves to play padel, football and is very quiet and organised. A pleasure to live with!
We are looking for someone who is interested in sharing a great house, ideally 25 to 40, clean, respectable and organised.
Ps. Sorry, no couples as they have just two names to add on the contract.
We do occasionally have few friends over, and always up for a shared glass of wine, a chat in the kitchen, or dinner together. If that sounds like your vibe, I’d love to hear from you.
