I'm Federico, and I'm looking for a flatmate to complete this lovely home: a recently refurbished 3-bedroom flat in E1, shared with one other professional.

We're not the classic "party house" — think more of a household that looks out for each other, chats over coffee or when everyone's back from work, and then everyone enjoys their own space.

If you're after an actual home rather than just somewhere to sleep, this could be a great fit.

🏠 Us & the Flat
There are two of us currently, both professionals in their 30s.

Between us we enjoy heading out at weekends, cooking, exploring new places around London, and keeping up a healthy lifestyle — one of us also gets out on the tennis court every now and then.

I'm also a bit of a film and video gaming buff, and currently learning Japanese in my spare time, so I'm always up for a chat about either.

We like a catch-up when it happens — a coffee in the morning, a chat in the evening — but without stepping on each other's space.

We keep the place clean and tidy, and we're looking for someone who shares that same approach: mutual respect, peace and quiet, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

We don't really do parties here — it's more about coming home and actually feeling comfortable.
