Hi! We are looking for someone to join our bright and friendly home in Bethnal Green from 12th September! The available room is a small double in a spacious flat, rent is £716 per month with bills coming to £100-120 pp a month.
The Flat:
The flat has three bedrooms, a large and bright living room with small balcony, modern kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. We also have great storage, so you will have an additional built-in double wardrobe just outside the room.
The Room:
The room itself is garden facing with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. Whilst spacious enough for a double bed and storage, the size of the room means it would not be ideal for someone looking to work from home often.
Location:
It's located on a quiet street with great transport links - 5 minutes from Stepney Green station and 10 minutes from Bethnal Green and Whitechapel stations. We also have great bus links (8, 25, 205). There are good pubs/restaurants/supermarkets nearby, and a cinema near the end of the road. We’re a 15-20 minute walk from Victoria park and Colombia Road!
The Flatmates:
You will be sharing Tamsin (26) and Louise (24) who work in fashion and graphic design. Louise will be moving in at the end of August so we’ll be creating a new household and definitely looking for a social and friendly vibe! We are looking for another girl also in her mid twenties who will join us on a pub night, weekend day exploring London and dinners out! We will want to keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone considerate of shared spaces. We appreciate our own space from time to time so will be looking for a balance of this and getting out and about 😊
A deposit of one month's rent will be required as well as the usual referencing checks. The property is rented directly from a landlord who lives locally and is really helpful and prompt.
The room will be available from 12th September 2025 and is only suitable for long term rents (at least a year).
