Spacious bedroom for rent

Extremely spacious room available from now until Whitechapel, 5 mins from the station. My flatmate is looking to move out before December 8th and I’m looking for another girl in her 20s to move in. The flat is unfurnished so room furniture is needed but I’m more than happy to help with that. Bills aren’t included but are usually pretty cheap and with the room size and location the price is pretty good.
I’m a student so I don’t pay council tax, another student is preferred, however if you aren’t council tax is reduced by 25% and I’d pay half of it.
