We’re looking for a lovely new housemate to join our friendly London flat☺️

You’d be living with Anna (27), a trainee architect, and Tilly (26), a trainee solicitor. We’re two friends from school, both currently single, and we’ve created a home that’s cosy, relaxed and very easy to live in. We keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone who values that too.

While we love staying in, we also love a pub trip. We both enjoy heading out for coffee, and walking to Columbia Road Flower Market on Sundays.

We’re really looking to build a home rather than just share a flat, and would love someone who’s up for joining in.

The flat has stunning views across the city and we also have a large terrace with an outdoor sofa. The flat is a top-floor with a corner aspect plot split over two levels.

The available double room is bright and comfortable, with a large bathroom directly opposite that would be entirely yours. The flat has three bathrooms in total, so everyone has their own space. The available room also comes with a desk. It has a built-in wardrobe and drawers too.

There’s also a Peloton and a projector upstairs that you’re very welcome to use.

The location is super well connected: Aldgate East is just over a 5-minute walk away, Liverpool Street is around 10 minutes walk, and Shoreditch High Street is about a 15-minute walk.
