Hey — I’m Ben (27) and I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in with me and Tommo (32) in our 3-bed flat in Wapping, E1. (5 minute walk from Wapping High Street)

Move in date is ideally Feb with March being potential but not guarenteed. Viewings can begin from February.

I lived in the flat for over two years before, so it’s always felt like a proper home rather than a place with people constantly coming and going. I was originally living here with three others (a couple and another housemate), but they decided to move out to buy their own places. That gave the landlord a good window to get some renovations done, and I ended up travelling in Colombia during that time as well — so everyone moved out while the work was completed. The flat’s now been refreshed and is in great shape, ready for someone new to move in.

The flat’s big, bright and easy to live in, with loads of shared space and a private terrace which is great in the summer.

About us
We both work in sales and are in the office most weekdays. Outside of work we’re pretty chilled — into cooking, music, gigs/festivals and the odd event. It’s not a party flat, but it’s definitely social and friendly.

We keep the place clean and nice to live in. Ideally looking for someone sound, tidy and easy to live with, who’s over 26 years old, up for a chat or shared dinner but also happy doing their own thing.
