Myself and my friend Megan have been subletting from the lovely Dimi & Ivey who are away for a few months travelling - we have been minding it for a couple of months but have since found our new home.

My partner and I are spending the winter in Canada! We're looking for a trustworthy pair of pair of hands to take care of our plants and eat all our food while we're away. 2 rooms are available together. I've lived here over 10 years and it's a beautiful, cosy, well-taken-care-of haven in the middle of beautiful East London. It is fully furnished and ready-to-go! Feel free to use our appliances and shared items. We'll clear some space for you to feel at home but there may be some personal items we'll leave you to look after.
The Place:
It's a fully furnished 2-story maisonette with a beautiful newly renovated open plan kitchen/living/dining room on the ground floor, 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. Kitchen is full of new appliances and is easy to keep clean, with an induction hob and a fancy vertical spice rack for easy access to paprika. Living space opens up to a sunny balcony overlooking the dog park. The 2 rooms are bright and cosy, with two large wardrobe spaces, a comfortable Emma mattress and a desk. One even has a 8-sleep heated/cooled mattress! I love a good sleep.
The Location:
Situated along Globe Road with convenient access into the City via Bethnal Green (Central Line 7min), Stepney Green (District Line 5min). Or if you prefer two wheels, you're right by a network of quietways, greenways and canal paths like Regents, Hertford Union & Limehouse Cut - allowing you to access all of East London along green peaceful paths. Local parks include Victoria, London Fields and Queen Elizabeth giving you access to Olympic-quality sports facilities, Sunday farmers markets and exotic ring-necked parakeets.

I'm a Ukrainian-born 30yo e-bike startup founder. I work 4 days per week from our Hackney Wick studios, and spend about 2-3 months per year travelling with work. You're welcome to use all my bike tools! Outside of work I enjoy a bunch of fitness & wellbeing activities like; running around Vicky (5 mins away), swimming in London Fields Lido (5 mins away), long-distance cycling expeditions, ecstatic dancing and photography. I'd love for the house to be a homely, cosy space to unwind and recharge, but I'm also happy to have friends over and throw the occasional dinner or house party.
Bit about you:
