Hi,
We’re two mates looking for a friendly and sociable third flatmate to sign onto the tenancy agreement for a minimum of 6 months (no maximum). It’s a good sized en-suite room in a spacious split-level flat.
About us:
We’re both young professionals (tech-ish). I’m from Nottingham and Ben’s from Manchester. We love a good pub trip, movie night, group meal, board game night etc. I like climbing, making cocktails, and music (there will probably be a keyboard and guitar you’re welcome to use). Ben likes running, badminton and gym. We’re both learning Spanish too.
Who we’re looking for:
Someone who’s up for a having a laugh and making friends. We chose to look for a three-bed for the social atmosphere, so please no full-time bedroom-dwellers. Clean and tidy is a must. No couples, smokers, or pets.
The flat situation:
We’ve just signed on with the two of us and the tenancy starts Jan 23rd. Council tax band F (£2535 per year). The images here are from the rightmove listing, and there’s currently less furniture. Needs a sofa (we’re working on it) and a bit of live-laugh-love…
