The House:
3 stories, 2 rooms each floor, 1 bathroom on each floor. All flatmates are considerate and quiet. You will share the ground floor bathroom and a fridge with one other.
All bills included in the rent, council tax, Virgin fast internet, TV license, water, etc. The bills also includes toilet paper, cleaning products as well as a cleaner that comes to clean the communal areas, kitchen and the bathrooms!

We are looking for:
Friendly clean considerate person. Must have right to remain in UK. Must be employed and able to pay rent on time.
We are currently 6 in the house but one of the flatmates has move out. We are looking for the 6th person to move in on the 1st June.
You will be living with 2 girls and 3 boys. We ideally would like a girl to keep the balance in the house but also open to boys as well.
Excellent Transport & Amenities:
Limehouse Station: 10-mins walk (DLR/C2C)
Stepney Green Tube: 12-mins walk (District/Hammer. & City)
Supermarkets: are just 5-15 mins away on foot.
Fitness: PureGym is a convenient 10-mins walk.
