Flat: Modern apartment with 2 rooms, spacious living room, big balcony.
Roommate: Female in her 30s, working from home
Dates: Mid/End July - End of August
Price: 1000 GBP (including all bills)

The flat is a spacious, located in a modern building with an elevator and bike storage. Just 5 minutes from Limehouse DLR - brilliantly connected to Canary Wharf, the City, and the East. 3 bus stops located up to 5 min by foot from the flat. The room itself is a double with a stunning view of the Canary Wharf skyline from the window. Plenty of natural light in the flat, a spacious bathroom with a bath, and a calm, comfortable vibe in the flat. My friend and I are also the first people to ever live in this flat, so it’s brand new and fresh.

I am travelling this summer so looking to sublease my room in this gem of an apartment for a lovely person who is securing accommodation in between flats or travelling for work / leisure this summer.

Rent is GBP 1000 per month including all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet).

You’ll be sharing with my friend - a woman in her 30s, working primarily from home. She values a peaceful, respectful home.

This will suit you if you are:

• A woman, 25 or older
• Working full time in London or visiting for the summer
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Someone who enjoys a quiet home
