Double room to let in 3 bed house Stepney Green

We (Josiah and Alex) are looking for a third housemate. We have a fully furnished three double bedroom house in Stepney Green (Zone 2) with kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room and garden. We are going into second year undergrad at Queen Mary (QMUL). I (Josiah) am reading Russian & Politics whilst Alex is reading Film. We are both male and are open to a male or female to share with us. We are looking for someone respectful who will stay clean and tidy. We have to take the house from 1st August although we may not move in until early September. The house is in a great location for anyone working or studying in central or East London. £1100 per month including bills (we are exempt from Council Tax so if you are not a student, the Council Tax liability is in addition – Band D Tower Hamlets).
