Double room to let in 3 bed house Stepney Green

We (Josiah and Alex) are looking for a third housemate. We have a fully furnished three double bedroom house in Stepney Green (Zone 2) with kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room and garden. We are going into second year undergrad at Queen Mary (QMUL). I (Josiah) am reading Russian & Politics whilst Alex is reading Film. We are both male and are open to a male or female to share with us. We are looking for someone respectful who will stay clean and tidy. We are non-smokers. We have to take the house from 1st August although we may not move in until early September. The house is in a great location for anyone working or studying in central or East London. £900 per month plus bills (we are exempt from Council Tax so if you are not a student, the Council Tax liability is in addition – Band D Tower Hamlets). The room is the smallest bedroom (cheapest rent too) and has a single bed supplied although will fit a small double. We would like to Zoom call to see if you are a good fit.
