We have 3 double rooms becoming available on the 4th of August, and the final room (room 1 - first photo) becoming available on the 4th of September.

I am a live-out landlord and am offering rooms in this lovely 4-bed flat close to Queen Mary university, Bethnal Green and Whitechapel stations.

Fully furnished, light and airy double rooms with 4 minutes walk to Bethnal Green tube Station. Central line. 5 minutes to Sainsbury supermarket.

Current flatmates are 4 girls who are very clean, tidy and respectful.

The rooms have a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. Everything has been recently painted and new flooring put in!

You will share a fully fitted eat in kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and washer-dryer. New modern shared bathroom, recently re-tiles, and a separate WC. Wooden floors throughout. Gas central heating.

Rent is inclusive of all bills including wireless internet and a cleaner once per month for the communal areas!

1 months' rent in advance and 5 weeks' deposit. Guarantor is required.
