3 rooms available in 5-bed East London house

Hi! My name is Natasha (28, doctor) and I live with Callum (27, events worker) - we are looking for working professionals to fill 3 double bedrooms in our 5 bedroom East London house, as our housemates are going to be relocating for work.

Our house is located a 5 minute walk away from Stepney Green tube station and nearby shops (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, cafe’s etc). There is also a little convenience shop right next to the house which is ideal. We are very close (10-15 minute walk) to Mile End and Bethnal Green tube stations, as well as the lovely Victoria Park and Mile End Leisure Centre. (At the end of the road (~1 minute away), there is a bus stop for routes 25 and 205.)

The contract for the rooms available starts on 11/08/26 for varying prices depending on the size of the room. There is also a room (Room 1) that would be available earlier from 06/07/26, as the current tenant will have already moved out.

Room 1: £782pcm (excl. bills)
- Double bedroom (at the front of the house)

Room 2: £782pcm (excl. bills)
- Double bedroom (facing the garden)

Room 3: £736pcm (excl. bills)
- Double bedroom (facing the garden)
- Smallest in the house but plenty of storage and collapsable desk

We are lucky to have lots of communal space in our house:
- Living room
- Large kitchen
- Garden with shelter and shed (plenty of room for lots of bikes etc.)
- Utility cupboard with lots of storage
- 2 full shared bathrooms (one with seperate shower cubicle and toilet with sink)
- Access to the loft for further storage

Our landlord is great, he has been quick to sort things with any issues that have come up!

Bills:
- Currently ~£50-60 per month, covering energy, water and WiFi
- Currently our council tax set at £512.25 each for the year at present (Band E).
- Cleaner tbc

We are a relaxed household and enjoy spending time together, while also respecting each others space. We are friends as well as housemates and would love for people to join us :)
