We aren't an agency, we are 3 friends looking for someone who wants to stick around for a while. We're all quite tidy and take pride in keeping the shared spaces clean. We're looking for someone who naturally does the same and is considerate of everyone in the house.

You’d be living with three flatmates (Italian, Japanese and Spanish):
• Spanish lady, interior designer, working in residential refurbishments
• An Italian guy, waiter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• A Japanese lady, freelance editor who also works as a waitress.

We are looking to someone who become part of a friendly, respectful household where everyone gets along. We all clean up after ourselves, respect each other's routines, and like keeping the common areas pleasant for everyone.

It’s really important for us to mantain the respectful and relaxed atmosphere we have—it feels like friends living together, not just strangers renting rooms.

We're all busy professionals, so the house stays quiet, but we do enjoy hanging out in our huge living room when we’re around!

The flat is a bright, south facing, duplex apartment, really close to the City of London, Liverpool Street Station, Aldgate, and Shoreditch.
