Single bedroom in flatshare near Liverpool St

We are looking for someone to replace our current flatmate in our 3 bed, 1.5 bath flat in an amazing location right near Liverpool Street and Aldgate Stations. Current flatmates both work in the arts and are active in ESEA organising spaces, and we really enjoy cooking and making our flat into a home.

Move in available from Mon 24 Aug, with some flexibility. Bed and bedside drawers will stay in the room!

-Rent: £785/month
-Bills: est £70/month
-Postcode: E1 - amazing central location, 5-minute walk from Liverpool Street and Aldgate Stations. Right near Petticoat and Spitalfields Markets.
-Flat: split level, with available bedroom on the lower floor. We have a shared kitchen and living room, as well as a shared closet right outside the bedroom. There is one full bathroom upstairs, and a half bathroom downstairs (mainly yours to use!). We have a shared balcony (wraps around the building) on both levels of the flat, and our building also has a communal area with picnic tables, a gardening club, and benches.
-Flatmates: Claudia (she/her, 31) is Taiwanese American, working in the arts, enjoys volunteering in ESEA community spaces, and loves ranking restaurants on Beli 🍜 Leah (she/her/they, 28) is British Malaysian-Chinese, working in the arts & enjoys cooking, relaxing, visual arts & literature, and new things to be curious about together 🐒

We will be holding viewings on Sun 9 Aug (afternoon/early evening), Mon 10 Aug (evening), and flexible. Sadly not suitable for those who are noise sensitive due to construction. Must be queer friendly please!
