You must be a tidy non-smoker flatmate who cleans up after themselves and is respectful of the property that is being lived in.

I do have a father and daughter cat who are house trained and maintained by myself within my bedroom.

I have different tastes in music, TV, food/drink.
I am respectful of other people’s privacy.
I like to live in a tidy household (those student days are over!) so I want to live with someone who cleans up after themselves and is laid back. Up for drinks and a chat when the occasion presents itself.

Mile end road is a 10 minute walk (25, 205, 309, 339, D6, D7).

Nightbus – You can get the N25 to get back to the flat on those nights out!

Mile End Tube + Stepney Green are 15 minutes walk either way.

The nearest grocery shops/Takeaways are all within 5 minutes walking distance. Local shops near by. Sainsbury's local a 5 minute walk, Budgens is a 15 minutes walk. Sainsbury’s/Asda/Morrisons/T esco reachable via buses on Mile End Road.
Westfield and Canary Wharf Shopping Centre are close by with all the high street chains represented including a Waitrose/John Lewis.
