Hi there!
I am going travelling for 4 months so my room is up for grabs! Its a decent size single room in a house of friends and two cats fondly known as 'white cat' and 'black cat.'
We are looking for someone who likes cats (this is essential because they will demand attention) and wants to be part of a friendly house share. Our house has a decent size living room swamped in books (Amy works in children's literature so mainly children's books), a decent size garden and kitchen. The area is Shadwell and has awesome transport links and is walking distance to Brick lane.
I am going away on the 20th of May and its a 4 month let with possibility of extending. I am flexible on moving in dates if you needed to move in a bit earlier and on moving out dates so do contact to discuss. Total rent is 535 which includes all bills (we have TV, wifi, house phone etc.)
Please do get in touch, time is of the essence but equally I would like to leave my house mates with someone who is a good fit
