Amazing ensuite 10 mins to Shoreditch

I am unfortunately leaving my lovely room in East London since I am moving out of the UK and I am looking for a FEMALE person to replace me.
If you are looking for an amazing place with great people and a whole lot of space to live, this is it!
The flat is almost at the top floor of an amazing converted warehouse. It has a huge terrace overlooking London and especially the city and its cool buildings.
It's in a very central location. Aldgate East station is a 7 mins walk (from there, you can take the Central or District Line). It's also 10 mins away from Aldgate station where you can take the H&C, District, Circle & Metropolitan. Brick Lane is 10 mins away, Shoreditch and Liverpool Street 15 mins.
The flat has a great vibe and it has everything you might ever need, including a barbecue.
The room itself is big with plenty of drawers. It has large windows which makes it very bright. It is an ensuite, and the bathroom is fully equiped. Don't worry about cleaning, we have a cleaner coming every week which will clean the whole flat including your room. Also, council tax and bills are including in the price so what you pay is what you get.
The flatmates are very relaxed and easy to live with. We currently have 2 Germans and 2 English people (+ myself, a French person) living in, all young professionals.
