One bedroom in 9th floor apartment

We're looking for a rad, tidy, mostly mature, not crazy, bill paying, sociable person (if that's not too much to ask) to join us in our 9th floor apartment.

About the flat and the people of the flat:

Three bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate second toilet. Room comes with double bed, drawers and built in wardrobe. Two others in flat are both in their mid-late 20s, easy going, tidy and sociable. Mike works in advertising and Katy works in HR. They're both pretty awesome but not in a pretentious way that they'd say they were awesome... ok maybe a little but that comes with being awesome and they hope you'll be awesome too but not too pretentiously awesome.

Rent:

£810 per month incl bills (paid in advance and in real money)
£1000 deposit

Aldgate tube station (Metropolitan, Circle Line) 2 min walk

Liverpool street tube station (Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith &City lines) 10 min walk
