Big Double Bedroom

Hello we are a group of three international students and we are looking for a fourth flat mate.

The house is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from Queen Mary university. Literally right next to stepney green tube station, tesco and Co op. It is a large double bedroom located on the first floor, it is pretty big with ample room, its own closet, desk and book shelf.
The common areas include a large living room/dining area with a separate kitchen well equipped. There is also a well kept garden. There is a 750 Pound deposit, plus a 75 Pound agency fee. Rent is payed separately three months (655*3) in advance unless you have a UK guarantor.

I have been living in the house for 2 years and it is a very nice place to live in. However I am now moving away from london and i hope you will enjoy the room as much as i have.
