Room in 2 bed flat in white chapel to let

Hello everyone,

I have a spare room in a 2 bed flat from now on to let!

I'm looking for a flat mate to share my newly rented apartment in white chapel with.
I'm a post grad student from Germany who got sick of house hunting in London. After the 100th shared flat which is run by an agency, I decided to rent a flat and find a nice flat mate on my own (so, no couples, sry).
I found the perspective to live in a shared flat for min. 800 quid without living room and flat mates whom the agency is going to choose, not appealing at all. So, I just went to rent an entire flat on my own.

It is a two bed flat with big living room, perfect new kitchen and balcony right between Aldgate East and white chapel station (E1 5NW).
The price is 212 pw plus bills (which should be around £ 60-100 a month for both).
I'll also need half of the deposit and the agency fee I paid.
