As a general rule of thumb, the ideal flatmate will be a professional working in The City (or WFH for a London-based company), verifiable via LinkedIn. You’d be relatively clean/tidy (cliché, I know), zen/chill but also fun (just no crazy parties), ideally veggie/vegan/flexitarian (just not a lot a meat because you know, climate change, cruelty and it stinks the place out) but foremost - NO SMOKING/vaping (not negotiable, sorry - saving your life).
